Kent C. Theobald has 30 years of experience in the packaging, cooling and freezing, warehousing, transporting and quality control of fresh and frozen perishable commodities and dried fruits and vegetables.  He has held positions in Quality Control Management in Fortune 500 Companies and General Management positions in commercial cooling and frozen food distribution warehouses, cold storage facilities, vegetable processing and packaging plants.   He was the Packaging Engineer and Manager of a large dried fruit co-op and Project Manager for several food companies in the construction of frozen warehouses and distribution centers, blast freezer tunnels, food processing and packaging lines and processing plants.  Mr. Theobald completed his technical undergraduate work at Washington State University and is a past member of RETA, member of technical committees in the food processing and handling association on the West Coast and holds certificates in refrigeration and cooling of perishable products from the University of California-Davis.  Mr. Theobald is a Consulting Associate for PEB
